LC Clause : SGS Inspection of Quality, Quantity and stuffing required at loading port as per Buyer Contract No xxx dated xx/xx/2008

BL: Port of loading : St. Petersburg Russia

SGS Cert: OJSC LUKOIL, Perm Russia, Ispytatel'naya Laboratoriya "malotonna" Producty, St. Petersburg, Russia

Issuing bank claims that the documents are inconsistent as the place of inspection mentions Perm Russia where as Bill of lading is St. Petersburg Russia despite St. Petersburg Russia being part of the place of inspection in the SGS certificate

Will be pleased to have the forum member's opinion on the above

Thanks.....Khalid

I do not see any document required under the LC Clause.

Yes, from the information provided this appears to be a non-documentary condition.
