B/L presented with notation "part of 1x40'GP".Would the presentation be discrepant by reason of ISBP art 114?

If the B/L states that all other B/Ls covering the remaining goods stuffed in the same container must also be surrendered in order for the container to be released, it should not be accepted.

A comingled shipment is not necessarily a discrepancy by itself. However, if all the original transport documents needed to obtain the cargo are not presented under the same presentation, I would consider it a discrepancy.

No, unless the bills of lading state that all bills of lading must be presented or similar.

Dear Sir,
.
If B/L presented with notation "part of 1x40'GP" and "CFS/CFS".
.
Would the presentation be discrepant by reason of ISBP art 114?
.
As information from shipping company, they explained that if B/L show the abv mentioned details, they assume this is B/L with LCL and they only delivery goods when all B/L regarding to container must be presented.
.
Best regards,
KA

Definitely not in my view. Para 114 requires the bill of lading must state that the goods in a container are covered by that bill of lading plus one or more other bills of lading, or WORDS of similar effect.

Firstly, I see no reason why a banker should know what "CFS/CFS" means. (I do not and nor do I wish to.)

Secondly "CFS/CFS" is not a word.
