Pls give us yr idea or relating ICC Opinions on the followings:
Is it discrepant if F45A show shipping mark in desription of goods but invoice not show shipping mark

This enquiry highlights the confusion that can be brought about by badly worded credits. But to answer your question, I would not consider this a discrepancy if the shipping marks required by the credit are shown on any other document included in the same presentation. This case is similar to R698/TA590rev where the credit included the origin of goods in 45A. The invoice did not mention the country of origin but the certificate of origin did.
