is in your opinion the following signing of a b/l according to art. 20 ucp 600 ?
quote" signed by orient overseas container line limited as carrier"unquote" (signature) below the signature it is mentioned
quote "orient overses container line ltd., zweigniederlassung deutschland" unqote

The B/L having been signed by a branch of the carrier i.e. by the carrier anyway is acceptable

I would consider "overses" as misprinting, rather then as a discrepancy.
