When credit calls for 1 original insurance policy.

An insurance policy presented indicating 'this insurance is issued in duplicate'

is the duplicate to be considered as an original or may we accept a presentation as 1 original and 1 copy/photocopy?

In accordance with 28 b. you are required to have all originals. If the ins. document indicates it is issued in duplicate you are required to have the two originals.

I agree with Glenn on this occasion.

Do we have to take 7A.725 into account?
