We would like to have yr opinion and relevant ICC opinion relating to the following issue:
Insurance Certificate signed by B&H company which is authorised by and on behalf of KA as authorised agent of EA Insurance Company
Does the insurance cert is acceptable as Article 28a UCP 600

If I understand correctly:
EA Comp. = Insurance Company;
KA Comp. = Authorized agent of Insurance Comp.;
B&H Comp. = ?

B&H Comp. acts on behalf of KA Comp., but I can not see in which capacity B&H Company acts and for that reason I should not accept the Insurance Certificate as signed in accordance with Art 28a.
