Marine B/L or Charter Party B/L?

LC indicates B/L clause as: "FULL SET OF SHIPPED ON BOARD MARINE BILLS OF LADING MADE OUT OR ENDORSED TO THE ORDER OF ISSUING BANK SHOWING FREIGHT PAYABLE BY THE BENEFICIARY AS PER CHARTER PARTY AND MARKED NOTIFY APPLICANT."
There is no indication elsewhere that a charter party B/L is acceptable or being called for.
Is this LC calling for a B/L subject to article 20, or a charter party B/L subject to article 22?

Since this LC calls for a marine B/L showing freight payable as per charter party, it can be interpreted as accepting the presentation of a charter party B/L.
