Signature of Certificate of Origin issued by Chamber of Comm

We have been informed by several customers that chamber of commerce offers the possibilty to fill in and print out certificate of origins on their own. As a result signature of chamber of commerce appears as scanned/printed. Would you accept such a printed form of signature as an original?

Yes acceptable, you can also reassure from ISBP clause 39.
Furthermore, we are also receiving same type of c/o in Dubai-UAE from Dubai Chamber of Commerce.
