Hi all,
I have the following case. I would like to consult your opinion. Could you please give me your comment and advice:
I have 2 case as follow:
Case 1:
F46A in L/C stipulated: “Health Cert issued in English and Spainish/Italian”
And also stated that: All documents must be issued in English unless otherwise stated.

Case 2:
F46A in L/C stipulated: “Health Cert must be issued at least in Spainish”
And also stated that: All documents must be issued in English unless otherwise stated.

In both case, Health Cert. presented has a title and headings in English and Spainish, all data of Health Cert. is only in English. So, the aboved Health Cert. is discrepant or not in Case 1 and in Case 2?

I am looking forward your opinion.

In my opinions discrepanti in both cases.

In case 1, the document should be issued in two languages - English plus Spanish or Italian.

In case 2, the document should be issued in Spanish.

Hence it is discrepant in both cases.
