I would like to have yr opinions on the following case:
L/C require B/L show "freight collect". The presented B/L show "freight collected". The issuing bank raise it as disrepancy due to freight collected differ from freight collect in meaning

Technically they differ but... Is there more information on the BL regarding who actually made the payment and when?
