A charter party bill of lading is signed by an agent (name is mentioned) for the vessel of the master (master's name is also mentioned) i.e. "ABC" agent for the vessel master "xyz"
Two of the three bills of lading bear the stamp of issuer however the stamp was not affixed on one original. The issuing bank pointed it as a discrepancy.
Whether omission of issuer stamp on one original bill of lading out of three originals makes the document discrepant?

Omission of issuer stamp on bill of lading
It is unclear to me if –without the stamp- the BLs would meet the requirements of 22(a)(i). I infer that they would, in which case there is not a discrepancy. However, if my inference is incorrect, then there is a discrepancy.
