future actual flight date on air waybill

i want to take your professional opinion for the following case :

we as an issuing bank have received a documents for USD100000 from the nominated bank under its covering schedule that dated 02nd march 2013

From the documents received an original air waybill its issuance date 22th February 2013 , but it showing the actual flight date on 9th march 2013 (future date ) .

can we raise a discrepancy that the actual date of air waybill is after presentation date

or according to article 14-i under UCP600 (documents must not be dated after presentation date) and according to article 14-i the air waybill's issuance date is 22th February 2013 (i.e before the presentation date 2nd march 2013) ,
in addition in our LC we have not determine specific period of presentation and according to article 14-c documents to be presented not later than 21 day (but it not not indicate if the documents presented before the shipment date (i.e. actual flight date ) is discrepant .

noting that the future date is before the latest date of shipment and before the expiry date of the original L/C

This is an EXPECTED and not an ACTUAL date of dispatch.

A specific notation is added to confirm that shipment was done on the date specified under the notation instead of the AWB issue date.

So, I think this document is discrepant.
