I have a strange discrepancy. An LC is issued for USD xxx, the invoice is issued for USD xxx, the draft, however is issued for $ xxx (no mention of USD) but same as the invoice and LC.

All things considered, can this be a discrepancy?

In my opinion it definitely ought not to be but given the absurdity that is para's 43 - 51 of ISBP681 it no doubt is, given para 50, on the basis that the currency is not indicated.
