The Institute Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotions Clauses are commonly referred to as the Institute Strikes Clauses or usually abbreviated as SR&CC.

A L/C asks for an insurance document with Institute Strikes, Riots and Civil Commotions Clauses coverage but the document presented shows, instead, the Institute Strikes Clauses.

Would it be considered as discrepancy.

Institute Strikes Clauses do not cover war, civil war, acts of belligerent power ... Consequently the insurance document is discrepant. You can google Institute Strikes Clauses and will see in the paragraph 3.10 the exclusions.

Yes, but the Institute Strikes Clauses covers the riots and civil commotions in addition to strikes.
