LC requires the following: 'full set bill of lading made out to order of bank X, marked freight prepaid or freight payable as per charter party and showing applicant as notify'. The LC however does not state that charter party b/l is acceptable.
The b/l presented is a charter party b/l marked 'freight payable as per charter party'.
Will you consider this CP b/l acceptable?

I think that when the freight is payable as per charter party, it means the carriage is subject to a C/P. Therefore a C/P bill of lading should be acceptable even though it is not explicitly indicated in the L/C.

Thank you for your advice. It occurs with our opinion : by allowing a B/L with freight payable as per CP the issuing bank did allow implicitly the presentation of a CP B/L

ISBP 745 Paragraph states G2) a. A transport document, however named, containing any indication that it is subject to, or any reference to, a charter party is deemed to be a charter party bill of lading. Therefore, your L/C clearly allows presentation of Charter B/L and there is no need to worry
