Credit required a bene's cert while a doc titled a bene's declaration is presented. Is this acceptable?

Provided the text states what the l/c requires, and it is signed, I would accept it.

An important principle in examination of documents is that the contents are more important than the title of the document.

For example, a BL "however named" is acceptable provided its contents meet the requirements of Article 23 of the UCP 500 and the LC instructions.
