Packing list to be dated?

I would like to enquire as to whether a Packing List must be dated & should it show an addressee.

The answer to the question lies in art 21.of ucp,that all documents other than transport docs,insurance docs & commercial invoices should stipulate the issuer & data content of the document called for, if the credit does not do so docs will be accepted as tendered.
