are E&F group in incoters 2000 to be considered as contracts of dispatch, or
the contracts of dispatch are used for C group .

E, F and C group are often referred to as departure contract, shipment contracts or dispatch contracts, while D group are referred to as arrival contracts.

I think we should be more concerned on “Who Bears The Risks And Pays For The Costs?” rather than just classifying INCOTERMS under these different titles.
