Carbon Signature on B/L
Posted: Sat Sep 29, 2001 1:00 am
No. of B/L issued in three original.
However, the 2nd and 3rd original are not original signed by issuing party.
For instance, with original company chop :
ABC Shipping Line
..................
Authorized Signature
In addition, the signatory is impressed from the 1st original (cabron signed).
Any comments on this situation?
Will it not be accepted in Banking Industry?
In fact, the other set of B/L issued by the same party is made out not in this manner. They are both original signed by issuing party and duly original stamped with company chop.
As a document examiners, I wonder how come a shipping company would produce such kind of document-title document, in two different ways.
