1. Can the Negotiating Bank request the Opening Bank to effect payment under a usance bill exactly on the due date or back value even though the Opening Bank in examining the documents are within reasonable time? (It is the case that the usance bill presented to the Opening Bank two days before maturity and the Opening Bank after examining the documents with payment effected one day after the due date).
2. Can anyone let me know 'Original UCC 5-112(1)(a) and Revised UCC 5-108(b)' refers to? (This is quoted from CDCS Study Guide page 12/16)
