ISBP para 184

Captioned para saying 'the certificate of origin may show the applicant of the credit, or another party named therein, as consignee'.
Like to know the exact meaning of 'another party named therein'. Does it mean any party named in the LC or the designated party called for by the LC to be the consignee in the C/O?
In the below case:
Applicant: ABC Co.
B/L: consigned to order and endorsed in blank; notify XYZ Co.
The presented C/O showing consignee as XYZ Co.
LC just called for C/O and no additional specification.
Some checkers said C/O showing XYZ as consignee is acceptable according to ISBP para 184 while the opposite side said 'another party named therein' refers to a third party specifically stated in the LC to be the consignee of the C/O.
Like to get some comments from the readers.
