ON BOARD TRUCK on B/L

Hi,

I'm looking for your opinion concerning B/L issued as follows: place of receipt: Nanjing, pre-carriage by: V879-67, port of loading: Nanjing,
name of vessel: Kristina v.8uru,
port of discharge: Gdynia via Hamburg, final delivery: Gdynia.
B/L was claused 'ON BOARD TRUCK' + date
L/C required B/L covering transport from Nanajing to Gdynia.

B/L is discrepant. What kind of discrepancies can be rised in this case, thanks for your opinions.

Would it be possible for you, to quote (as exact as possible) the L/C requirements concerning the transport document and transport route?

How can one state ‘B/L is discrepant’ without apparently knowing the discrepancy(ies)?
