LC covers goods without stating any price or trade term.

The invoice presented includes charges like insurance, VAT, interest, customs, inspection fees, LC charges ... in addition to the value of the goods.

Is this a discrepancy?

The credit should have been more specific

Whoever wants to treat it as discrepant needs to provide justification under UCP ...
