Under a presentation a Tanker B/L with a comingling clause was presented. Usually in the letters of credit allowing Tanker B/L's a phrase in the credit is allowing the so called comingling clause. In this particular case not. My question is : What in the UCP or usances/practice will make a presentation of a Tanker B/L with such a clause discrepant?

Hennie,

In my opinion the answer to your question is: 'Nothing'.

Sub-Art 32(a) is certainly of no relevance whatsoever.
