para 100: B/L must indicate actual port of loading and disch

L/C requires ocean Bill of Lading and:
- Field 44E: Any port in Singapore
- Field 44F: Any port in Hochiminh, Vietnam

Ocean B/L presented as follows:
- Port of loading: Any port in Singapore
- Port of discharge: Any port in Hochiminh, Vietnam
As per para 100 of ISBP, is this discrepant?

B//l must evidence the named ports of loading and discharge which must be within the geographical area stated in the credit.
Consequently, the b/l is discrepant.
