Please confirm if House AWB should define the capacity of the carrier like master AWB
since House AWB is the forwarder’s certificate and not defined in the UCP600
it should be checked according to article 14(f)

In the B/L , consignee is mentioned as “TO THE ORDER OF ISSUING BANK”
In the inspection and quarantine, can we mention consignee as “xxx” ? or same as B/L mention as TO ORDER OF ISSUING BANK ? or mention applicant name which is correct ?

signature requirement for as presented document
According to ISBP 40, company name seems required. Please confirm if signature is composed of company name and one authorized person’s signature. Both made by the handwritten and stamp has the same effect.

My question is if B/L is on board B/L with pre-printed word i.e “Laden on board” At this moment, do we need to re-add on board notation? ( as per article 20 , either is acceptable) but, in same cases, on board notation are re-added on the B/L , as long as on board notation date is same as B/L issuan...

If L/C do not indicate if Freight forwarder’s B/L is allowed or not, can I accept this B/L signed by forwarder , as per article 14(L) it is acceptable
