House AWB

Please confirm if House AWB should define the capacity of the carrier like master AWB
since House AWB is the forwarder’s certificate and not defined in the UCP600
it should be checked according to article 14(f)

The consignee in the inspection and quarantine

In the B/L , consignee is mentioned as “TO THE ORDER OF ISSUING BANK”
In the inspection and quarantine, can we mention consignee as “xxx” ? or same as B/L mention as TO ORDER OF ISSUING BANK ? or mention applicant name which is correct ?

signature requirement for as presented document

According to ISBP 40, company name seems required. Please confirm if signature is composed of company name and one authorized person’s signature. Both made by the handwritten and stamp has the same effect.
