We all agree ISBP paragraph 22 can not be used directly to argue against the discrepancy and 'so far' we appear to agree that this is not a discrepancy.
Counter arguments would be also welcome as by counter points of view we advance our learning and understanding.

To my knowledge, the main reason for allowing third party shipper in the UCP, correct me if I am wrong, is that:
- either the benef could not be the effective supplier but just a middleman
- or the benef could not, for practical reasons, but delegate a third party (like for ex. a forwarder) to handle the shipment on his behalf.
I think the LC should be more explicit by not allowing any other name than the benef to appear as shipper on documents.
