Discrepant BL ??

Would a BL bearing the following remarks be considered a discrepancy:

-"ship's remarks
1) cargo quantity said to weigh, tally figure only
2)cargo quantity & quality unknown
3) shippers/charterer's load, stow & tally and ship's not liable for same"

The LC in question is not extraordinary; it requires full set clean on board Bs/L and allows charter party Bs/L. There are no other remarks on the BL.
I believe the remarks would not make the BL discrepant considering UCP Article 26.
