We are the bank nominated to negotiate L/C documents.
Our Swedish customer, the beneficiary of the L/C, has presented, among other documents, full set of negotiable B/L with statement: “the B/L to be switched at Dubai”.
The B/L shows the following data:
+ Shipper: xxx Co., India for and on behalf of yyy Co, UAE
+ Consignee: to the order of issuing bank, Sudan
+ Notify: Applicant of the L/C, bbb Co, Sudan
+ Port of Loading: vvv port , India
+ Port of discharge: zzz port, Sudan
Does statement “the B/L to be switched at Dubai” makes the B/L discrepant and according to what.
Thanks in advance for all inputs.

B/L to be switched
I do not see any obvious basis for regarding this as a discrepancy and also wonder how, if the BLs are in your possession, they can be 'switched' before they reach the applicant.
