L/c received from seoul sth korea.
port of loading Australian air port, port of discharge Korean air port. AWB presented with POL and POD exactly as per l/c. Should acutal port of loading and actual port of discharge be named on AWB .?

In my view, yes. Of the transport docs only a charter party b/l allows an inexact disport.

Article 27 a iv calls for the AWB to indicate (not name) the airport of departure and airport of destination. It is common practice for such airports to be indicated by means of the IATA three character code. It is presumed that the AWB in question includes this code, in which case the required nomination of airports is satisfied.
