Bill of Lading signed by Master or Agent...

Bills of Lading were presented to us, containing following preprinted wording in the document: 'IN WITNESS whereof the Master or Agent of the said Vessel has signed the number of Bills of Lading ...' and showing the following signature:
B/L no.1)
Company X as agent of the Master Y (full name of X and Y shown on B/L in the field signature)
B/L no.2)
Company A as agent for the carrier (full name of A shown on B/L in the field signature, the word 'carrier:' and the carriers name shown on the B/L on the top of the document)
Questions:
i.) Would you accept such a Bill of Lading under a letter of credit calling for and ocean Bill of Lading?
ii) Would you accept such Bills of Lading, in case that preprinted wording would be: 'IN WITNESS whereof the Master of the said Vessel has signed the...'
