Does any friend know when the Document 470/1028 regarding on board notation being officially published as the ICC document?

Hi Raymond,

FYI, Document 470/1128 (not 470/1028) dated 28 September 2009/TS/wj has been officially published under the title “On Board Notation Paper”.

That is not my impression as ICC UK has asked for comments from it members regarding the proposed amendments to it. Therefore, I think it is still in the discussion stage.

It is to be discussed at the next ICC Banking Comm. meeting. The paper has not been approved by the banking commission yet.

So I’m wrong. The documents in my hand is just a draft of UCP 600 Drafting Group, which is to be presented to the ICC Banking Commission for agreement.
I’m very sorry for that but it looks perfect to me.

Thank you friends. I thought it was discussed and passed in the last ICC Banking Commission Meeting.

The Paper would certainly help to solve many dispute and uncertainty in daily processing.
