b/l:two notify i/o one

hi everyone.
i nedd some help:
l/c stating "notify orderers".
b/l presented indicates 2 notify parties:
1st issuing bank and 2nd the applicant.
do you consider this as discrepancy ?
(i would not, but i need your opinions).

the "notify" informations are needed to inform someone that goods have arrived. If now instead of indicating only the applicant B/L also shows the bank I cannot see what the problem could be. I would definitely accept such a B/L.
