A Bill of lading presented for negotiation contains the following clause: Cargo Loaded on deck to be for Charterer's risk and expenses."
Can we consider this is a charter party B/L. I think the wording ".... for charterer's risk... " clearly indicates that the B/L is subject to a charter party as per Article 22 of UCP 600.
