Should the docdex rules be amended to cover ISP98 disputes?

The ICC Banking Commission may consider expanding the scope of services of DOCDEX upon request by members of ICC National Committees. I have also proposed the DOCDEX to include URC 522, URR 525 and ISP 98 in previous ICC Banking Commission bi-annual meetings.
I guess the URDG may also be under consideration to be included in the DOCDEX since ICC is trying to promote use of this product.
I have also proposed in the recent ICC Banking Commission meeting to include eUCP in the DOCDEX. Perhaps new DOCDEX experts have to be nominated as not all "paper" LC experts are necessarily eUCP experts.
