Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the ICC Digital Library. ICC provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions. When using the ICC Library, you are deemed to agree to these terms and conditions at all times.

1. Scope of the Service

The ICC Digital Library (the "Digital Library") is an online platform providing searchable access to a collection of digital resources published or owned by the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") and its affiliated entities ("ICC Entities").

The Digital Library is composed of three distinct digital libraries:

  • Trade Finance Library
  • Incoterms© and Model Contracts Library
  • Dispute Resolution Library

Depending on the library accessed, different ICC-related entities are responsible for subscription management, invoicing and user onboarding, as set out below.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

  • ICC and the relevant ICC Entities remain the owners of the content made available through the Digital Library.
  • ICC Academy manages subscriptions, invoicing and customer onboarding for:
    • the Trade Finance Library; and
    • the Incoterms© and Model Contracts Library.
  • Jus Mundi operates, on behalf of ICC, the technical platform, user onboarding, subscription management and invoicing for the Dispute Resolution Library.
The content of the Dispute Resolution Library is provided by ICC and ICC Dispute Resolution Services.

Subscribers acknowledge that their contractual relationship for subscription, billing and access management depends on the specific library subscribed to.

3. Access Rights and Use

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, subscribers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Digital Library via the internet.

Where the subscriber is an institution (a "Subscribing Institution"), authorised users are limited to employees, faculty, staff, students or other persons officially affiliated with the Subscribing Institution and authorised to use its library resources.

Subscribers may not make the Digital Library content available to any third party who is not an authorised user or subscriber. Reasonable steps must be taken to prevent misuse or unauthorised access.

4. Nature of the Service

The Digital Library is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ICC, ICC Entities, ICC Academy and Jus Mundi do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, data loss or temporary unavailability of the service.

Additional content may be added, modified or removed over time.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Digital Library content remain the exclusive property of ICC or the relevant ICC Entity.

No ownership rights are transferred to subscribers.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, content may not be reproduced, distributed, stored, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Use of ICC logo and other trademarks
