Trade Technologies has announced the release of the latest version of its patented global trade platform for exporters, trade banks and freight forwarders.

The most significant changes in this release streamline the bank examination process for examining and issuing banks to receive original online UCP 600 L/C presentations.

Examinations

The new release claims improved productivity for examiners and provides enhanced tools for banks to collaborate with exporters. It includes a redesigned dashboard providing a consolidated view of the presentation workflow and one click document examination pursuant to UCP 600 requirements.

It also features single page presentation management to simplify tracking and data entry and enhanced tools for reporting fees.

Issuing banks

Trade Technologies has also restructured its platform for issuing banks, which now features a new dashboard as well as single page presentation management to simplify tracking and data entry.

The platform also includes online presentations directly to the issuing bank from the examination bank with the aim of eliminating courier fees and transportation delays.

Trade Technologies has provided platforms for online presentations of L/C documents for more than 10 years and says it has now completed over 65,000 fully electronic presentations to trade banks around the world.
