ICC Statistical Reports

These yearly reports provide a statistical overview of the cases administered by the International Court of Arbitration and the International Centre for ADR. They provide information on:

• parties: numbers, nationalities, state parties
• arbitral tribunals: constitution, numbers and nationalities of arbitrators appointed and confirmed, incidents affecting the composition of arbitral tribunals during the proceedings
• applicable law chosen by the parties,
• subject and size of disputes
• places selected as seats of ICC arbitrations
• awards

Up to 2010, the Statistical Report was published in separate English and French editions. Since 2011, a single edition has been published in English with introductions in French and Spanish as well as English.
