The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration periodically issues documents for the information of parties and arbitrators and to aid the conduct of the proceedings. These notes, forms and checklists deal with various aspects of practice and procedure. They are sent to participants at the relevant stage of the proceedings.
