Note: In remanding a judgment against it for vacating the amount of a punitive damages award, the Supreme Court of Oregon, Walters, J., awarded Philip Morris, Inc. US$367,205.82 as costs for maintaining a supersedeas standby letter of credit that was required pending appeal to stay execution of the judgment.
