Note: In this dismissal of an appeal on technical procedural grounds, the High Court, Umi Kalthum, J., noted with skepticism that the appearance of the applicant's signature on a delivery order related to three invoices presented under a commercial letter of credit suggested to it that the invoices had been delivered to the applicant.
