Note: The British Columbia Supreme Court, Ballance, J., ordered that the Plaintiff post security for costs. When Plaintiff's counsel requested that it be allowed to post the security by way of a standby letter of credit, the Judge granted the request, stating "That is fine. I would have thought that was implicit."
